Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Spray Foam Pro Shop.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Delivery times depend on the carrier and service selected. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for some items. If you are outside the United States and would like to place an order, contact us at info@sprayfoamww.com and we will let you know if we can help.

Marketplace vendors. Some products on Spray Foam Pro Shop are sold and shipped by partner vendors. Those items may ship separately and arrive on a different day from the rest of your order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Order changes and address errors. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@sprayfoamww.com. Once an order has shipped we are not able to change it. Please double check your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@sprayfoamww.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
